Gunung Walat, Sukabumi – Comparative Study on Educational Tourism Management of Kadipaten Forestry Training Center took place on December 17, 2015, in Gunung Walat University Forest, Sukabumi.

This activity was formed in discussion and question and answer related to ways to manage the GWUF version of forest tourism.

“Here I conduct a comparative study on the management of educational tourism in GWUF so that we get references for the management of our educational forest facilities and tourism” said the staff of Facilities and Evaluation of Education and Training, Verawati Wahyuni, S.Hut, when met at the location of the activity.

According to her, the reason for the comparative study to be held at Gunung Walat was the amount of information obtained from visitors who were quite satisfied with the services provided.

Verawati Wahyuni added that while visiting Gunung Walat there was a distinct impression that can be used as inspiration to improve the management of educational facilities and tourism in the future.

” I see here the management is quite good. The facilities are quite clean and complete. There is a mess for staying, worship facilities, meeting facilities, dining facilities, and the environment is quite representative to conduct environmental education tours” she added.
