Upgrading and National Working Meeting of the HMI Executive Board period 2010 -2012

Gunung Walat, Sukabumi – HMI Executive Board 2010-2012 held an Upgrading and National Working Meeting (Rakernas) event on 19-22 September 2011 in Gunung Walat University Forest (GWUF).

The theme carried out in this activity is “Through a national work meeting we actualize the strategic steps of the organization in sounding the objectives of the HMI”.

The activities included National Working Meeting; b. Upgrading; c. Outbound.

In this event, all the PB HMI management made a work program and its realization for the next 6 months.

The event was attended by figures such as Arif Mustofa as former HMI Chairman 2008-2010. He gave upgrading material on management to all 132 HMI Executive Boards members

In addition, HMI Executive Boards Chairman 2010-2012, Noer Fajrieansyah, emphasized that the National Working Meeting and upgrading were expected to be a space for consolidation with all HMI Executive Boards management and generate work programs that are able to answer problems in the nation. Wira Ary Ardana as the Chairman of the Committee for National Work Meeting and Upgrading of HMI Executive Boards stated that not only to hold a discussion session on work programs and plenary meetings on the determination of work programs, there were also outbound, paintball, and water rafting in the Citarik River. The aims of this outbound activity are to create a solid teamwork condition that prioritizes trust, loyal promise, and good attitude in the HMI Executive Boards management period 2010-2012.

Wira Ary Ardana who is also a student of the Faculty of Forestry of IPB explained that the activities were held in GWUF because GWUF had a quite good location with quite good facilities for meeting and outbound plus a lot of trees that add a beautiful and comfortable atmosphere. At the end of the activity, Wira also expressed his gratitude to the GWUF team for their cooperation in the successfulness of this activity.
