Gunung Walat, Sukabumi – A collaboration meeting between WWF Indonesia and the Faculty The Forestry of IPB took place from June 15-16, 2011 at Gunung Walat University Forest.

Meeting in the Gunung Walat University Forest (GWUF) Sukabumi was a consolidation meeting between the WWF Indonesia Board of Directors, Dean, lecturer of Faculty of Forestry of IPB. Before the general meeting was held at this GWUF, there had been small team discussions to facilitate efficiency and effectiveness of this meeting at the GWUF.

The WWF Indonesia Board of Directors was presented by Dr. Efransjah, Klaas Jan Teule, Devy Wildasari, Wawan Ridwan and Nyoman Iswara Yoga, while the Faculty of Forestry was represented by Dr. Hendrayanto, Prof. Bambang Hero Saharjo, Ir. Budi Prihanto, MS and several lecturers.

The aims of this activity were to equalize the cooperative vision that would be formed. The meeting was held in GWUF because the GWUF environment was very conducive and calm so it was suitable for meeting activities and to introduce the GWUF area to the WWF Indonesia Board of Directors.

The meeting was followed by walking around the GWUF area in the morning to enjoy the fresh morning air and to introduce more history and information about GWUF.
