Gunung Walat, Sukabumi – The leadership and organization training program for students of Pharmacy Department, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Pakuan University, Bogor has taken place in Gunung Walat University Forest (GWUF) on February 16-19, 2012.

This activity is called PLOT (Pharmacy Leadership and Organization Training) which takes the theme of building the character of the young generation as successors who have high loyalty to the organization and society.

Participants in the PLOT program were 150 students of the 2011 Pharmacy Department. “The committee is 94 people, 1 lecturer, and 46 alumni and senior”. This activity is a character and leadership formation for new students of the Department of Pharmacy, Pakuan University”, said Dedi Firmansyah, the Chief Executive of PLOT.

“Beside the leadership training, this activity is also expected to build togetherness and improve a sense of familiarity within the Pharmacy Department”, he added. GWUF was chosen as the PLOT location because of adequate and representative facilities for all activities.

The materials taught in this PLOT included character building, leadership, teamwork, and management organization.
