Character Development Training for Kompas Gramedia Human Resources (HR) Candidates

Gunung Walat, Sukabumi – Character Development Training for Kompas Gramedia Human Resources (HR) Candidates has been held on 7-9 February 2012 in the Gunung Walat University Forest (GWUF) in Sukabumi.

This activity is a management trainee program for HR candidates and this is the 2nd batch. The training was attended by 12 HR candidates, 2 committee members from Kompas Gramedia, and 5 trainers from PT. Pancawati. The training lasted for 3 days and 2 nights and all full outdoor activities.

Besides the character building training, there were also planting trees in the GWUF area by trainees as a form of community services. The planting is part of the greening program with GWUF.

Carol Sitanggang, HR Manager of PT. Pancawati, as the coordinator of the training program, revealed that GWUF was very attractive and representative for outdoor activities.
