The shooting activity of the QCTV Indonesia Heritage Program

Gunung Walat, Sukabumi – The shooting activity of the QCTV Indonesia Heritage Program took place on January 29 – 31, 2013 in Gunung Walat University Forest.

Quantum Change Television (QCTV) is a mass media that is engaged in Internet TV based in Serpong and also a mass communication media as a means of informal education, to present programs that educate accurately and accurately but have entertainment elements in it. QCTV also provides a program that encourages citizens to have the struggle for the welfare of the community, from the lower social strata to middle social strata and also explores the regional potential. The QCTV Team’s activities consisted of 5 people in Gunung Walat University Forest (GWUF) in the course of filming for the Indonesian Heritage Program which was one of the flagship programs at QCTV. As a resource person, the GWUF management included Dr Gunawan Santosa, Dr Nandi Kosmaryandi, Dr Tatang Tiryana and Mr Dizy Rizal.

“Starting with a sense of concern about the world of media that exists and develops in the direction of commerce and attaches importance to each group, we and friends try to think that the media function should educate the public. QCTV can come up with the condition that there is an opportunity to educate the public, not just to seek profits through the media,” said Maranatha, the manager of QCTV.

“Here, we can see that forests are very needed in Indonesia and the world also needs forests such as Gunung Walat. That the vision to look far ahead, a visionary bearer is needed by Indonesia. Gunung Walat’s founding father can truly be an example for today’s young generation” added Maranatha.

“Gunung Walat has a stake in global oxygen supply and carbon sequestration, as a world heritage place. Finding management strategies to prepare the next generation with the aim of preserving the forests that have been built “, explained Maranatha.

“To die to be sown into nation-change seeds. The previous founding father had no ambition to seek profit but to think long for the next generation” explained Maranatha at the end of the interview.
