Field Work Practice of SMK Kehutanan Kadipaten

Gunung Walat, Sukabumi – Field Work Practice of SMK Kehutanan Kadipaten took place on December 1-14, 2015 in Gunung Walat University Forest, Sukabumi.

This practice was attended by 93 students.

The practical activities included Forest Inventory and Mapping, Forest Resource Conservation Techniques, Analysis of Flora Vegetation, and Monitoring of Wild Animals. According to the representatives of SMK Kehutanan Kadipaten teachers, Malia Kurniawati S.Hut, M.Pd, the goal of the practice at Gunung Walat was to give students knowledge and lessons that have been learned in school in a more deepened and sharpened understanding.

Malia Kurniawati hoped that students could understand well the forestry sciences and could apply them maximumly when they study.

“The sciences that have been obtained here can be a preparation for the test of vocational competence” closed teacher of Natural Resources Conservation when met at the location of the activity.
