Outing of Regional Scholarship (BUD) achievers by the Directorate of International Cooperation and Program, IPB

Gunung Walat, Sukabumi – Outing of Regional Scholarship (BUD) achievers by the Directorate of International Cooperation and Program, IPB was held on May 13-14, 2017 in Gunung Walat University Forest, Sukabumi.

This outing was attended by 16 students who earn the 2016-2017 BUD Scholarship (BUD) representing each region in Indonesia. With the theme of “Appreciation of Outstanding BUD Students Through Outing to the Gunung Walat University Forest “, this short visit became an unforgettable experience especially when all participants explored into the forest.

It was stated by the Director of Cooperation and International Programs of IPB, Dr. Ibnul Qayyim, who participated in exploring the Gunung Walat University Forest.

“For us the BUD team of IPB, it was very impressed with all the activities here and I saw that students also got a very good impression. Students come from various study programs in IPB which are not only from the Faculty of Forestry, they also get a good impression then also at once their togetherness is formed” he explained.
