Gunung Walat, Sukabumi – Fieldtrip of University of Missouri Columbia, United States had been held on January 13-14, 2016 in Gunung Walat University Forest, Sukabumi.

This field trip was quite short, but the experience of exploring Gunung Walat and studying the lives of the people around the forest became a distinctive and very pleasant impression as expressed by a representative from University of Missouri student named Alexa Baker.

“We were at Gunung Walat for two days and we were very happy. In Indonesia, we want to learn about nature, culture, and agriculture in the Indonesian culture” closed that forestry student when she was met at the location.

After the field trip activity at Gunung Walat, on January 15, 2016, students would visit the IPB Tropical Biopharmaceutical Research Center located in the city of Bogor and on the following day, precisely on January 16, 2015, they would visit the Bogor Botanical Gardens for the closing ceremony.
