Gunung Walat, Sukabumi – Outbound activities of “Trust Network and Team” of staff of PT. Widatra Bhakti Jakarta has been held on February 15-16, 2013 in Gunung Walat University Forest.

This event was attended by 43 participants who were all employees and directors of PT. Widatra Bhakti (Head Office) Jakarta. For outbound trainers from CV. Binadika Global Indonesia (Binadika Outbound) totalling 8 people.

This outbound theme is TNT (Trust Network and Team). This outbound activity is intended to improve togetherness and cooperation among individuals in the company. Games that are performed during the outbound include Energizer, ice breaking, effective communication, indoor sessions, team building, problem-solving, night-games, stretching, and synergy games.

Each game has a meaning that is useful for maintaining cohesiveness, communication, trust, and how to solve a problem in the team. This outbound activity runs smoothly and in accordance with the originally scheduled time allocation. Participants really enjoyed this outbound activity as seen from the fun when they performed outbound games.
